Kim DeVigil, Director of Communications, was named the 2025 Global Responsibility Gina Award winner in recognition of her exceptional commitment to service, leadership and making an impact in our communities.

The prestigious Global Responsibility Gina Award celebrates employees who embody Leprino’s five pillars of Global Responsibility (read more about the pillars here.) DeVigil’s steadfast efforts have advanced impact in our communities, where her vision and energy have left an indelible mark across the company.

As a driving force behind Denver’s Community Impact Team and trusted advisor to plant teams, DeVigil has provided invaluable guidance on supporting local needs through volunteerism and monetary donations, including Leprino Company Foundation grants. She played a key role in launching and energizing the annual company-wide Month of Impact, which, in 2025, resulted in nearly 6,000 employee volunteer hours. This has inspired greater participation in volunteer efforts and amplified Leprino’s impact in the communities where it operates.
