Community Involvement
One of our five Global Responsibility categories is to connect with and strengthen our communities. Our approach combines companywide efforts with employee-driven initiatives at each of our locations. Close coordination and collaboration with the Leprino Foods Company Foundation helps amplify the positive impact of our contributions.

Company Performance
Each September, Leprino’s Month of Impact unites employees around a shared community-focused theme. The initiative is an extension of our year-round efforts to support and strengthen the communities where we operate through volunteerism, giving and engagement.
Industry Education
We support dairy industry education and careers through several partnerships and collaborations.

Leprino Foods Company Foundation
Leprino has long been invested in the communities in which we operate. In 2015, to extend our philanthropic reach, we established the Leprino Foods Company (LFC) Foundation, a private nonprofit entity to support and advance the success of the communities where our company and employees are most active.
How the Foundation Works
The Leprino Foods Company Foundation drives positive change in our communities by leveraging time, talent and resources to improve education, nutrition, wellbeing and local needs. Grants are awarded exclusively to nonprofit organizations in support of charitable, educational and scientific collaborations that align with our focus areas of fitness, nutrition, education and local needs.

2025 Highlights
75 Years, $1.5 Million in Impact
In honor of our 75th anniversary, the Leprino Foods Company Foundation awarded an extra $750,000 in grants, resulting in a total $1.5 million in grants awarded to 54 nonprofits across communities where Leprino operates.
Training Tomorrow's Leaders
Several high school interns were hosted at the Denver corporate office as part of Girls Inc. and the Arrupe Jesuit High School’s Work Study Program.
Turning Pizza into Purpose
Through partnerships focused on reducing food waste, volunteers repurposed more than 2,000 pizzas from our Denver test kitchen for donation to We Don’t Waste, a local food rescue organization. At the same time, approximately 3,000 gallons of unused pizza ingredients were composted and converted into nutrient-rich compost for planting.
